Session Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sessions are non-refundable.

Due to the fact that sessions are often reserved far in advance with Grace & that she has limited availability, sessions may only be rescheduled only one time if you email us at least 72 hours before your session.

If you don’t email us within 72 hours to reschedule your session, there will be no refunds & we cannot reschedule your session.

If there is a real emergency, please reach out to us at hello@flowersandstarsshop.com - we’ll consider those on a case by case basis.

In the event that Grace needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled for another mutually agreed time.

Sessions and classes are not to be used as a substitute for medical care or for flu or cold-like symptoms.
