yin yoga for the winter solstice

Join us at Revive for a grounding Seasonal Yin Yoga practice honoring the Winter Solstice - a sacred pause in the turning of the year. In this slow, nourishing practice: long-held yin postures and deep breathwork will support the body's water element, hydrating fascia and lubricating the joints. Class includes meditation, essential oils, and optional gentle Reiki or Polarity Therapy to help you soften into ease. Ending with deep rest for 20 minutes in the salt cave.
