Moving From Resistance to Flow: Embracing the Power of Your Intuition with Grace Harrington Murdoch

We will explore how to live in a state of flow rather than resistance in everyday life by learning to listen to the body and inner guidance system. This awareness supports greater clarity, health, balance, and ease across all areas of life, including relationships, work, abundance, creativity, healing, and personal growth. We will also explore how to identify what intuition truly is and what it is not. Grace will share diverse, real-life examples of moments when she followed her intuition and times when she did not, and how those choices affected her life.

6:45 am - 7:30 am on Mondays

A weekly space for men to start the week clear, grounded, and present. Each session begins with grounding movements to help the body and mind come to stillness, followed by a short meditation and a reflection. It’s a chance to slow down, let go of the noise, and tune in to the clarity that lies beneath it, without pressure or pretense.
