Polarity Therapy

This course is a 155-hour course, training you in the fundamentals of Polarity therapy.
Polarity Therapy is an energetic healing modality. At the heart of Polarity Therapy is the view that each individual is animated by universal life energy. When we experience an imbalance in the circulation of our life energy this can lead to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual symptoms.
When our life energy is balanced the result is a healthy body, clarity in our mental thought processes, and a healthy emotional body.
A person skilled in Polarity therapy is trained in different methods that guide them in finding and correcting these imbalances in the life force energy. This includes hands-on bodywork; Polarity food awareness; Polarity yoga; and verbal counseling.
The goal and the wisdom of Polarity therapy is to bring the body back to balance and harmony. It does this through working with the elemental processes in the body: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth.
In my 13 years of practicing Polarity, the testimonials I have received have included benefits such as a deep healing of the nervous system; pain relief; emotional balancing; complete shifts in health and well-being; increased clarity, confidence, and drive; as well as greater self-love and awareness, among other things.
It has profound effects on the people who are drawn to and experience this work. Polarity is both a science and an art to practice, and it is my joy to pass it on.
The course will be held over the course of 6 months, on the first Saturday of each month & the third Saturday of each month.
We will also be holding a clinic evening 1 time a month for you to earn your clinical hours practicing. These will be held on the second Wednesday of each month.
We will have some special guest teachers to introduce sound healing, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga for aura and chakra clearing, and more.
At least one prerequisite below is required (email me if you have no other training to connect more at: [email protected] so I can assist you ): Training in Reiki, Massage therapy, Physical therapy, Social Work, Mental Health, etc.
HOURS
1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday of the month
2nd Wednesday of the month - clinical practice 5 pm-9 pm EST
The hour's breakdown is as follows:
- 120 hours: learning theory, bodywork, Polarity yoga, and foods, clinical hours
- 30 hours: practice sessions
- 5 hours: receiving sessions
Students are also required to receive 5 one hour sessions from a trained Polarity practitioner in addition to tuition costs over the course of the year. I will offer a student rate of $85.00 per hour to offset expenses if you choose to work with me. And will have other options for you as well.

Welcome, I'm Grace!
Grace is a multidimensional healer who has been curating her array of metaphysical tools and skills for over 15 years now.
Polarity first came into Grace’s energetic field when she was desiring a greater understanding of energy work and looking for ways to best support her clients energetically.
Grace became a Polarity Therapist in 2009 after studying for 600 hours in the art of Polarity Therapy and becoming a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner.
After witnessing the healing her clients were receiving from Polarity, she knew she had to share this healing modality with her community.
Grace then studied under her late mentor Dr. Mary Jo Ruggieri, a pioneer in modern Polarity Therapy.
Mary Jo is someone who Grace holds very dear in helping Polarity Therapy to advance in the public and gain popularity among practitioners and clients alike.
Mary Jo helped Grace to become a Registered Polarity Educator. And Grace has been teaching Polarity to her community since 2017, training several groups in this beautiful and profound modality.
Now expanding into her 5th cohort of students, we're opening our doors to another Polarity Therapy class in January of 2024 once again.

You may audit this program if you have completed and graduated from a Polarity program we approve of . Please email us before signing up for auditing.
Auditing includes all new books and binders unless you have taken my class before.
If you have taken my class before and completed no less than 35% of the class you may also audit.
If you completed less than 35% of the class please sign up under the full priced class since you will be mostly starting over.
