Online and In-Person Courses
All courses are non-refundable once purchased.
If you decide you do not want to complete or finish the course we are also not responsible for any refunds.
Please make sure you plan on taking the full course all the way through before purchasing.
It is yours to keep for good and so you have plenty of time to complete it either along with the group or at your own pace.
We are not responsible for refunds if you decide not to complete the course. We stand behind the quality of instruction and content within each class.
Our teachers and practitioners are not licensed medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopathic physicians, naturopathic doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists, psychologists, psychotherapists, or other formally licensed healthcare professionals.
Therefore, our teachers and practitioners do not render medical, psychological, or other professional advice or treatment, nor do they provide or prescribe any medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, or remedy.
Nothing in this website should be construed to constitute healthcare advice or medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribing. Our teachers and practitioners encourage you to seek the care of a licensed healthcare professional if you believe such care is required. Information or guidance provided by our teachers & practitioners should not be construed as a promise of benefits, a claim of cures, or a guarantee of results to be achieved. Terms and Conditions for your in-person or distance session
Cancellation
Session Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the fact that sessions are often reserved far in advance with Grace & that she has limited availability, sessions may only be rescheduled only one time if you email us at least 72 hours before your session.
If you don’t email us within 72 hours to reschedule your session, there will be no refunds & we cannot reschedule your session.
If there is a real emergency, please reach out to us at [email protected] - we’ll consider those on a case by case basis.
Sessions and classes are not to be used as a substitute for medical care or for flu or cold-like symptoms.
If you’re having a psychiatric crisis, please connect with your therapist or the nearest emergency services.
Sickness
Energy work and in-person consultations are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 12-hour notice period, we are waiving the cancellation fee.
Consent for Treatment
Energy work and consultations, when performed in-person, involve maintaining touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, and therefore may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. When you book an in-person session, you acknowledge the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time and voluntarily agree to assume those risks, releasing and holding harmless Flowers and Stars Shop and Flowers and Stars and its practitioners from any claims related thereto. Your booking gives consent to receive treatment from one of our practitioners.
Marketing
We also send out bi-weekly newsletters & keep it relevant to what is happening at the shop and in Grace's practice. We often share free resources as well so it's great to get on our list!
