The Nectar Exchange

In this wildly charged and often exhausting world, many of us are holding, channeling, and tending — with fewer places to truly rest, receive, and replenish.

The Nectar Exchange is a monthly in-person gathering exclusively for hands-on energy healers — reiki practitioners, polarity therapists, IET practitioners, craniosacral workers, intuitive bodyworkers, and other energetic & somatic light-bearers who use their hands to move energy and support healing.

This is not a workshop or public event.

It is a healer-to-healer sanctuary — a space to pour and be poured into.

Each month, we gather to:
 • Trade group healing sessions with one another in a spirit of reverence and reciprocity
 • Receive instead of offer, without performance or pressure
 • Connect in sacred circle, with others who understand the unseen weight of this work
 • Reweave our nervous systems through shared presence, attunement, and touch

🌿 Each month, we rotate between four beautiful affiliated healers from the Flowers & Stars collective, who help gently guide our circle and offer a new seasonal or energetic theme to anchor our time together — whether it’s using our voices, cultivating vitality, boundary repair, learning new tools, ancestral connection, or joy.

We are not gathering to teach or fix each other.

We gather to remember that our hands need holding, too.

And that when healers come together, nectar flows.

Each guide brings a unique perspective and will share a seasonal or energetic theme to support the field.

Then we will move into our healing time.

Last, we will have time to connect & get to know each other.

Upcoming dates, facilitators, and themes:

• April 6th: Mapping & Dating Your Spirit Team led by Liz Holcomb

  • Together we will discuss building a steady, intimate, and supportive relationship with your guides, then I'll lead us in to connect, listen, and receive from a healing guide who will help you in your healing work.

• May 4th: Fire Element and Candle Magic led by Claudia Corneyea

  • This month, we will be immersing ourselves in the Fire element! Claudia will also share a candle magic craft with us to celebrate Spring finally arriving!!

• June 1st: Energy Leaks led by Raquel DaRowe

  • We’ll explore how to recognize the subtle and sneaky places energy leaks from our lives, and how misalignment between our inner truth and outer choices quietly drains vitality. This will be a reflective and interactive circle with guided prompts, personal insight, and optional sharing as we explore simple ways to notice energy leaks and how to make small shifts that restore alignment and fortify energy.

• July 13th: Summer Qigong & Tea: A Gathering in the Spirit of the Heart led by Chris Thomas

  • Summer is a time for the heart to open. We’ll move through simple Qigong practices rooted in the energy of the season, supporting the fire element, and our natural vitality. We’ll enjoy some tea together and a moment to simply rest in the fullness of summer.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• August 3rd: One Year Celebration led by Grace Harrington Murdoch 

  • Join us for a special surprise treat to celebrate our one year anniversary of the Nectar Exchange

🌿 Bring: Your healing hands, any tools you wish to use, and something small for the altar if you feel called (flower, crystal, prayer, etc.)

Due to the energetic, preparatory, and logistical nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds once enrollment is complete.

All classes, workshops, courses, and trainings are non-refundable.
